As I don't have Einstein Bros near me, this was a treat. Be aware of the calories in the breakfast sandwiches, but enjoy them once in awhile.

I've had other Einstein Bros Bagels that were better than here. We ordered sesame toasted with a schmear of salmon cream cheese. I think the salmon cream cheese was artificially flavored and the bagel was anemic...so was the amount of schmear. I will def never visit again.

I guess I cannot expect much from an airport eatery but was dissapointed that the service was lacking completely. Basically the woman took my order and my money and I got a lox and bagel. She did not ask me if I wanted it toasted or on what type of bagel or anything else. The good part is that the bagel was really good and affordable. Lots of smoked salmon and a fresh (but cold) bagel. and the price was fair for airport food too.

I checked in here specifically so I would remember to write this. Worst Einstein Bros. I've ever been to. While I was standing in line waiting to order I saw two people bring their food back because it was wrong. One wanted it fixed, the other just wanted her money back. Both were given attitude by the staff. The line itself moved at a pretty decent speed, but food was taking quite a long time to come out. I ordered with no problem (a wrap and a smoothie) and then moved to the side with everyone else to wait. My wrap came out within a few minutes, but the smoothie did not. The lady ahead of me finally got her smoothie and I thought, well, surely mine is next. Nope, nope, and nope. People after me started to get theirs and so I moved up to the counter to try to get someone's attention. I tried making eye contact, tried a small wave motion, then tried, "Excuse me." Really everything short of, "Hey, you! Where's my smoothie!" At that point another guy next to me had commented to me on the service. The person making smoothies brought him one of his 2 and he had to tell her no, he had another one and then pointed at me and said, "And she's been waiting a long time for her smoothie too." The lady held out her hand towards me without saying anything. I surmised she was wanting the receipt, which thankfully I had not thrown away, so I handed it over. She looked at it a moment before holding it out to me and then walking away when I took it. I guessed that meant she was going to make my smoothie. In a few minutes, she came back over and plopped a smoothie on the counter. She started to turn away and then turn back, mumbled, "Sorry 'bout that," then turned away again. The whole thing took twenty minutes.

This is by far the worst Einsteins I have ever been to. My bagel was so hard that it tasted like it was taken out of the freezer and then became stale. The tomatoes on my sandwich were mushy. They didn't have their containers filled with creamer for coffee. It was a terrible experience and I would not eat here again.

I picked up a breakfast burrito here before flying to Toronto and was pretty pleased. It wasn't fantastic, but for $7 I wasn't expecting much. The lady at the counter was very nice and suggested that the burrito was the best item on the menu. After seeing some other people choose different items, I think that she was right and was glad that she offered her professional advice. The iced coffee was tasty, again no frills but really hit the spot at 6am. I guess that I talked to another cashier or something, because I was happy with the service. The only complaint (and this is really scraping the bottom of the barrel) is that the disposal bin for stir sticks and trash at the coffee bar was inconveniently tucked behind a sign, and it was kind of an awkward reach to throw away trash. The alternatives were to carry your trash over to the trash bin in the small dining area, or just leave it on the counter, but in a civilized world the latter doesn't seem appropriate.

I ordered a bagel thin sandwich with turkey sausage, egg whites, and avocado...it was okay but not great. What really sucked was the customer service. Rude rude rude! Unfriendly staff. It was hard to hear because well..it's in an airport. The girl behind the counter was mumbling under her breath and continued to do so every time I said "I'm sorry, excuse me?" (because I couldn't hear or understand what she was saying) She then screamed the word salsa at me and then spelled it out. I asked if I could please add avocado to my sandwich and she grumbled under her breath. I am always very patient with people and it takes a lot to annoy me but I couldn't get over how bad the service was. Maybe she was having a TERRIBLE day, but I got the feeling that this was the norm for her.
